You can shop at our store through three different ways: 

1. You can visit our physical store at The Mall of San Juan and buy the products directly from the store.

2. You can shop at our online store and choose the "Pick-Up In Store" option in the checkout section. 

3. You can shop at our online store and receive your orders directly to your home. 

Once the order is placed, you will receive an email with the confirmation. You will also receive an email with the tracking number once the order has shipped. 

Yes. In your Shopping Bag or during Checkout, you can choose to add a message or gift wrap for your order.

We ship our orders through USPS and we offer two different types of shipping methods: 

1. USPS Standard: 7-10 business days 

2. USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days

If you are missing items or shipments, please contact us within thirty days of ship date.

No. The price payed by the client is the amount that is displayed at the date and time the purchase is made.

No. Gift Cards and Store Credits have no expiration date.
